All prices we give are firm because we have a set standard of prices. If by any chance, the price should change due to a major repair needed or a similar situation, the technician will notify you immediately before beginning any of the work. We do ask if we need o remove any caulking that you re-caulk.

*A refinished sink receives a lot of abuse and lasts for years after they are refinished. Because of this abuse, however, we do not offer a warranty.
